Q. Do I need to be home for your services?
A. No. You do not need to be at home to have your cans cleaned. We clean your cans on your trash pickup day. If your garbage service requires you to place your cans at the curb, please leave them there. If they don't require this, we'll pick them up from the side of your house.

Q. Why should I have my trash and recycle bins cleaned?
A. We not only clean your cans, but we disinfect, sanitize and deodorize them as well. We use water temps of approximately 200 degrees fahrenheit which rids them 99.9% of bacteria, germs, and viruses. Additionally, we spray down the outside of the can including the parts most often touched such as the lid and handle. Our state-of-the-art system effectively reduces health hazards such as Tuberculosis, Strep, staph, E-Coli, Salmonella & Listeria.

Q. Do you clean both trash cans and recycle cans?
A. Yes. We recommend cleaning both, due to bacteria, viruses, and germs that build up on both types of cans.

Q. How do I update my payment information?
A. Login to your account using the top navigational CLIENT LOGIN link. Click on the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab. Under the ACTIONS column and next to your subscription, you should see an UPDATE button. Click the button and follow the prompts to update your information. In this case, please be sure to do not click the PAY NOW button associated with an UNPAID invoice as this will not update your subscription for future renewals.

Q. How do I pay an UNPAID invoice?
A. Login to your account using the top navigational CLIENT LOGIN link. In the ACTIONS columns of the ORDERS page will be a PAY link next to your UNPAID order. Click this link. To expand the module, click on BANK OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. You'll now be able to provide credit card information to pay your invoice. Click CONTINUE. Click PLACE ORDER.
